Alpage Cervinia was born in 2008 from the dream of creating a rustic Aosta Valley style cabin that could contain and transmit the traditions and flavors of Valtournenche. The culinary offering is typical with some national and transalpine influences. We consider the search for raw materials an essential step in creating a good dish, for this reason we collaborate with small Aosta Valley producers to bring quality cuisine that respects the territory to the table.

The wine list
Our passion for wine is the basis of the creation of this constantly evolving menu. Research, discovery and curiosity are the key words. We pay great attention to local winemakers but not only that, in our cellar you will find big names and small Italian producers and from large wine-growing areas in the world. We believe that choosing a good wine is the completion of a good meal.
